A BIT ABOUT OUR FACILITY
Security
Security is an important factor to us, and we want clients to feel their art is secure—whether that be secure from the elements or secure from theft. Our security system includes surveillance cameras, motion detectors, on-site personnel, access card entry, and more.
Climate Control
Among the many considerations for art storage, temperature and humidity control in concert with state of the art security is paramount. With top of the line industrial coolers, our storage is set at 72° while humidity is controlled at 45%, which is the industry standard. With our HVAC system, these numbers are monitored constantly, and notifications are sent if temperature and humidity falls out of range.
Private Viewing Room
Our onsite viewing room for smaller audiences measures 16’ x 12’, with advanced Moduled® lighting controls (97 CRI, white color tuning 2400K-6000K spot lights) ideal for best presentation of your assets. Customized setup and security protocols available upon request.
Gallery
Our ground level “pop up” 1500 sq ft art gallery can entertain both private and public audiences with advanced sound and theater-like lighting controls to wow larger groups. Customized setup and security protocols are available upon request.
Building and Location
We occupy a well reinforced humble building with no signage. The facility started off as an office building that was built in 1989, but it’s since been modernized in 2023. Simple and modern architecture.
Access Elevator
To make it easier for you, our 4500lbs capacity elevator has an entrance 3’ 9” wide and 7’ high. Inside the elevator, you’ll be greeted by a spacious cab that’s 5’ wide, 7’ 9” deep, and 7’ 9” tall. Whatever size of item you may have, we’ll do our best to accommodate you with the right storage option for you.
